I’m loving the Hudson parsons slip-covered armchair in Charcoal.
We’ve been meaning to get chairs for the heads of the table for a long time now, and I love this Belgian linen style.
As a couple, Leo and I have never owned a bed…so, it might be just about time. Here are a few options I like. The above is from Crate and Barrel ($1,599.00).
I love nailhead details, and I’ve been admiring this bed for a long time, also from Crate and Barrel ($1,599.00).
After a full week of rain, our roof sprung a leak. It turns out our roof is in terrible shape, and we are going to have to fix the whole back end of it. But, being an optimist, I’m thinking it might be the perfect time to put in that roof deck we’ve been dreaming about. It would be so great to have a perfect view of center city! I’ll be posting images that I find as I pull together my inspiration pics. I love the image above with the umbrella and hammock, I could really spend some time in there!
I spotted this pic over at Style Carrot. I love the comfy couches and all the potted plants.
I love the understated look to all of the below rooms. I spotted these pictures over at Moodboard, my new favorite blog for design inspiration.

I love the minimal look of these modular spaces.
This shed is a bit too ‘country’ for me, but I love the idea of making a shed which can act as a cold-house for plants during the winter, and it can double as a tool shed. I’d love to make a modern version of this with corrugated tin and re-purposed old paned windows.
While searching around on the internet, I cam across these adorable eco-friendly dog houses.
I found this one on ebay, I love the simplicity of it.
There is something that I love about a classic outhouse. On the farm that I grew up on, we used ours as a pool shed.
I’m a huge fan of ornamental grasses. I found these designs which are really helpful for getting good variation in hight which is going to be crucial for our urban garden.
And another…
And some more illustrations…
