The sanding has begun! All of the carpet and linoleum has been pulled out, and the floors are being sanded and buffed back to their original color.

During the home inspection we decided to see what was under the carpet. We were super excited to see this amazing detailing on the first floor.
The landing of the stairs doesn’t look too bad, but will need some spot refinishing.
The third floor is pretty scary, it will need to be totally refinished. We have found that in most of the houses we’ve looked at there are many layers upon layers of linoleum topped with carpet. We will be calling in some pros for this part.
